링 조인트 가스켓은 고온·고압 환경에서 안정적인 밀봉 성능을 제공하도록
설계되었으며 효율적인 밀봉을 위해 가스켓의 경도는 일반적으로 플랜지보다
낮게 설정됩니다. 주로 고압 용기, 배관 플랜지, 밸브 보넷 등 스팀, 가스, 열유 및
각종 휘발성 유체가 사용되는 환경에 적용됩니다.
다양한 산업 요구에 대응할 수 있도록 폭넓은 사이즈와 소재를 제공합니다.
Designed for extreme pressure and temperature conditions, ring joint
gaskets provide high-integrity sealing performance. They are widely
applied in critical sealing areas such as pressure vessels, pipeline
flanges, and valve systems handling steam, gas,
and high-temperature fluids.
Ring Joint Oval Type
링 조인트 오벌 타입
가장 기본적인 링 조인트 가스켓 형태로, 곡면 접촉을 통해 안정적인 밀봉 성능을 제공합니다.
곡면 구조로 인해 옥타곤 타입에 비해 정밀 가공과 표면 마감이 어려우며, 이에 따라 제작 비용이 높은 편입니다.
ASME B16.20, API 6A, JIS F 7102, JPI-7S-23 등의 규격을 따릅니다.
The original ring joint gasket design that provides reliable sealing through line contact with the flange surface.
Due to its curved profile, it is more difficult to achieve high dimensional accuracy and surface finish compared to octagonal types,
resulting in higher manufacturing costs. Complies with ASME B16.20, API 6A, JIS F 7102, JPI-7S-23 standards.
API 6A 기준으로 설계된 제품으로, 5,000~15,000 psi의 고압 조건에서 그루브 플랜지에 적용되는 씰링 솔루션입니다.
Designed in accordance with API 6A for use with grooved flanges in high-pressure applications ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 psi.
Ring Joint BX Type
링 조인트 BX 타입
직선 구조로 이루어져 있어 오벌 타입 대비 제작이 용이하고, 치수 정밀도와 표면 마감이 우수한 경제적인 타입입니다.
효과적인 밀봉을 위해 플랜지 표면의 미세한 요철에 가스켓이 밀착되도록 상대적으로 높은 체결 하중이 요구됩니다.
재사용이 가능하며, 상기 동일 규격을 준수합니다.
More economical and easier to manufacture than oval types, with improved dimensional accuracy and surface finish due to
its straight-sided profile. Requires higher bolt load to ensure proper sealing by allowing the gasket material to flow into flange
surface imperfections. Reusable and compliant with the same standards as above.
Ring Joint RX Type
링 조인트 RX 타입
API 6A 규격에 따라 설계되었으며, 동일한 규격 번호의 오벌 및 옥타곤 타입과 호환되어 동일한 플랜지 그루브에 사용 가능합니다.
Designed in accordance with API 6A. Interchangeable with oval and octagonal types of the same reference number,
and compatible with the same flange grooves.
